Start your week off right with one of these delicious, mouthwatering smoothies. I promise it will give you energy and help you beat the Monday blues. Plus summer is ending, so get some more smoothies in before it's too cold!
1 cup apple cider
I lemon squeezed
½ t peeled, minced ginger
1 cup frozen wild blueberries
1 medium banana

Blend until smooth. Add more ice for a thicker blend.
